Israel – The Apple of God’s Eye?
ICEJ UK Regional Conference – Edinburgh
5th July 2025

In the light of rising antisemitism and world events it more crucial than ever that the church understands, and aligns with Israel and God’s purposes for her.

Join us for a day of teaching, testimony and advocacy, worship and prayer!

Liz Hirsh Naftali

Liz Hirsh Naftali is a dedicated humanitarian and advocate for hostages, driven by her personal connection as the great-aunt of Abigail Mor Edan, a three-year-old who was held captive in Gaza for 51 days. Abigail was abducted by Hamas on October 7, 2023, from Kfar Aza, Israel, after her parents were killed. Following this tragedy, Naftali became a tireless advocate for the release of hostages, continuing her efforts even after Abigail’s release on November 26, 2023, to support those still in captivity. Jennie Milne

Jennie is a photography lecturer at Robert Gordon University and an active member of her local church in Fraserburgh, Northeast Scotland.  After a very traumatic childhood she discovered she was Jewish, but that most of her family had perished in the Holocaust.  Jennie began photographing Holocaust survivors and contemporary Jewish survivors of terrorism in order to bear witness and create an environment in which others could learn their stories. She has held a number of photographic exhibitions, and given talks in the UK, Poland, and the USA.  Please visit her website Fragments That Remain and read Jennie’s bio HERE
